Inform us of your arrival and we will welcome you in person with a complimentary drink!
Check-in is available on weekdays from 1 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. On weekends and public holidays, from 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.
A self check-in service is available. Check-out is by 11 a.m. on weekdays, by 12 p.m. on weekends and public holidays.
Please contact reception for any special time requirements or to store your luggage.
Our staff is at the reception desk from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. If you require assistance outside of these hours, please contact us on 333 310 4203.

Breakfast

Breakfast is served in our bright yellow room, featuring a bow window, parquet flooring and chandelier, all original 19th-century pieces.
Breakfast hours are from 8 to 10 a.m. on weekdays, and from 9 to 11 a.m. on weekends and public holidays.
You can help yourself from a rich buffet with fresh fruit, juices, yoghurt, cereals, pastries, homemade biscuits, rusks, freshly-baked bread and toast, jams and honey. Savoury breakfast on request. Coffee, milk, tea or cappuccino will be served at the table.
For any specific dietary requirements such as celiac disease, food intolerances etc., please let us know in advance so that we can accommodate your needs.
Breakfast is included in the room rate.

Living and business corner

Our two spacious lounges are at your complete disposal.
The blue lounge, furnished with two large, comfortable sofas, is perfect for relaxing, reading, enjoying a cup of tea or simply chatting.
The red living room, featuring a fireplace, mirror, wood paneling and antique chandelier, hosts a selection of books and tourist guides of Turin and Piedmont, art and design books, museum catalogues, in various languages.
Here you can also find a business corner with computer, printer and scanner (all available on request).
The red lounge can also be reserved for your private business meeting.

Food, shopping and
events in town

For lunch and dining options, restaurants and pizzerias, historical bars or cafés, as well as shows and exhibitions, and for shopping destinations, don't hesitate to ask us. We will be delighted to give you our recommendations and, if you prefer, make reservations on your behalf.

House rules

During your stay, we kindly ask that you show respect towards the decorum of the house and other people.
Please avoid any noise that might disturb other guests between the hours of 11 p.m. and 8 a.m.
Smoking, parties, and the introduction of strangers or animals are not allowed.
As the building is of historic significance, there may be architectural barriers. Nonetheless, we strive to make every effort to ensure your stay is as comfortable as possible.

Car parking

If you arrive before 18:30, you can request parking in our courtyard, providing our parking space is available, for a fee of €12 per day.
Alternatively, you can park in the convenient Vittorio Park, located under the square and open 24 hours, at a cost of up to €16 per day.

Rates and payment

Rates are per room per night, and include: overnight stay, breakfast, supply of bed linen with complete change every three nights, supply of towels and courtesy toiletries, daily room cleaning.
The tourist tax of € 2.30 per person per night is not included in the rate and is not required for children under the age of 12.
Children under 6 years of age stay free of charge.
Payments can be made by bank transfer, VISA, Mastercard.
